The furnace
Everything the protocol earns becomes $ZKLOMBARD and is burned.
Two streams feed it: the protocol's 15% of every loan's interest, and the creator fee pons pays on every trade of the token. Every two hours the keeper lights it; anyone else may light it sooner. It spends at most 1% of the pool's reserve per burn, so it never moves the price by more than a step, and what it cannot spend today it spends tomorrow. The contract has no owner and no way out except the fire.
